How long does a BIAB manicure last, and how often should I infill?
A structured BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) overlay typically maintains its strength and porcelain shine for 3 to 4 weeks. Because natural nails grow continuously, we recommend scheduling an infill appointment every 3 to 4 weeks to re-balance the apex and protect your stress zone from lifting or snapping.
Is BIAB or Gel-X damaging to my natural nail plate?
Never when applied and removed professionally. Damage in traditional salons occurs from over-filing the natural plate with aggressive drill bits or peeling off product. At our atelier, we work exclusively with high-grade, HEMA-free gels, zero abrasive thinning, and gentle soak-off protocols that preserve your natural keratin layers.
Do I need to book in advance or do you accept walk-ins?
To maintain our calm, whisper-quiet sanctuary atmosphere and dedicate unhurried one-on-one attention to each client, we operate primarily by appointment. We strongly recommend booking through our live reservation portal 1 to 2 weeks in advance, especially for evening and weekend appointments.
What is your sanitisation and hygiene standard?

All surgical-grade stainless steel implements undergo multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning followed by hospital-grade autoclave sterilisation, sealed in pouches unsealed directly in front of you. Nail files, buffers, and pedicure sanding caps are strictly 100% single-use.
